Refund Policy
We’re here to make your experience smooth and stress-free. Here’s a quick rundown of our policy:

Cancellations: Life happens! You can easily cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before your test without any trouble.

Same-Day Cancellations: If something comes up on the same day, we do charge a $75 administration fee to help cover our costs, but we’ll do our best to work with you.

Sample Recollection: If we need to collect another sample and you’re unable to do so, we’re happy to reschedule your test, though a refund will not be issued.

Delays: We aim to provide results on time, but sometimes small delays may happen—we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

No Refunds After Testing: Once testing has begun, we’re unable to offer refunds, but we’ll be with you the whole way through.
